Opening times, directions and parking

THE HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS ARE NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS OR FOR HOLIDAYS!

Please, if you are considering visiting to ‘escape’ during this current pandemic, wait until we are able to offer our famous ‘Highland hospitality’ and warm welcome once again. Please realise and respect that our medical services and food availability here, and in areas like ours, are extremely limited and a large percentage of our population are elderly. We already long to be able to welcome visitors again but for now, please wait.

UPDATED OPENING INFORMATION REGARING COVID-19

We made the decision to close our shop to customers. This was an upsetting decison but absolutely the correct one to make.

We can still be contacted and we can still process orders.

So please do get in touch!

We live next door to our shop & workshop so we are safely able to continue working behind closed doors, sadly without our ‘wee team’ for now, and we’re also working from home. We hope to continue to receive orders during this time as a way of keeping our small, family business operating to some extent.

We are very happy to send photos of our jewellery, gifts & cards by other local & Scottish makers.

Deliveries

UK deliveries are currently FREE and, at this time, there are no delays that we’re aware of. (We also ship internationally but do obviously expect delays at this time).

We are able to do non contact drop offs at our local Post Office and arrange non contact drop offs locally. If you’re placing an order to be delivered, please remember to clean your door handle and keep the recommended safe distance from your postie.

If you wish to place an order with us during this time, please do contact us to check that your choice is currently available. We do sometimes make items to order and there would be delays with this due to closures with materials suppliers and our Asssay Office. Our shop is however well stocked at the moment.

Re-opening our shop

As soon as the advice to keep a safe 2 metres from eachother is relaxed, we will arrange to meet customers by appointment before returning to opening our shop doors, as normal, once again.

Opening hours

Monday-Friday  9:30am – 5:30pm*

Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm*

Closed Sunday for family time! However, we will be open for a half day on Easter Sunday (12th April). The following Sunday we will open will be the first of the May Bank Holiday weekends (Sun 10th). Times to be confirmed.

*Please note that we close our doors 15mins before closing time to ensure that we have sufficient time to offer the required service before closing.

Winter hours of business

We are open as normal during the winter months.
